Z Water Solutions offers water filtration, backflow testing, and related water-quality services for residential and commercial properties. All services are provided based on availability and subject to scheduling confirmation.


2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, required parts, or additional labor. Any pricing changes will be communicated to the customer prior to work being completed.


3. Appointments & Cancellations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and access to the property on the scheduled service date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

Safe and clear access to equipment or backflow prevention devices

Accurate disclosure of system details

Compliance with local regulations requiring periodic backflow testing

Z Water Solutions is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by inaccessible or unsafe work areas.


5. Compliance & Test Reporting

For backflow testing services, Z Water Solutions will provide the appropriate test forms and submit results to the relevant local authorities when required. Compliance deadlines are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, or electronic payment. Late payments may incur additional fees.


7. Warranty & Liability

Z Water Solutions guarantees workmanship quality but does not warranty manufacturer defects or pre-existing system issues.
We are not liable for:

Damages caused by failed equipment not installed by us

Issues arising from improper maintenance

Water quality changes outside our control (municipal issues, contamination events, etc.)


8. Website & Content Use

All website content—including text, logos, graphics, and images—is the property of Z Water Solutions and may not be copied, used, or redistributed without permission.


9. Limitation of Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts our services or systems.


10. Privacy

Any personal information provided to Z Water Solutions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information.


11. Updates to Terms
